All Inclusive-Birdseye View/5BR/3BA/Pool/Game Room

Our age spanned from 6 years to 69 years and we all loved it ! Positive: Loved it, especially the pool area and backyard ! The living room and kitchen very open for a large group. We spent a lot of time in the game room also !! Great size bedrooms too !!! Negative: Liked it all

We’ve stayed in “Birdseye” twice now and there are so many reasons we chose to return to it. One of the biggest draws for us is the private back yard. We LOVE the pool, the hot tub, the firepit, the putting green and the fantastic desert and mountain view!! Certainly, the rest of the property is great too with another favorite part being the upstairs balcony which is awesome for working on a laptop (has a convenient electrical outlet), morning coffee and/or evening appetizers – all with that great view. The pictures and descriptions of the rest of the house are true and accurate so you can see for yourself that it will be a comfortable stay. The house is fully stocked with everything we could possibly have needed and bath towels and pool towels are particularly plentiful. Another prime reason for returning to one of Steve’s properties is because we now know he and his team have thought of everything! All needed instructions are clearly visible in the house, in pre-stay emails, or in the ‘house information’ binder. Plus, Steve is professional, completely clear in his communications and responds super quickly during the booking process and/or during the stay. Anytime we are in the Coachella Valley, we will look first for one of Steve’s properties as we are confident renting one of them will result in a high-quality experience!! 5 STAR!!

Positive: Great location. Everything you need at the property. The game room was really fun for the kids.
